The Port of Portland has appointed Krishna Walker as its new Chief Shared Prosperity and Legal Officer. This expanded role combines Human Resources, Legal, Records Management, Culture and Strategy, and Contracts and Procurement. Walker will join the organization on May 4, 2026.
