An ecological survey will be conducted off Aberdeen South Typhoon Shelter in Hong Kong for approximately one month. In New Zealand, a new levy for commercial vessels will come into effect on April 1, replacing existing charges. This levy will apply to commercial vessels arriving in New Zealand.
