Connecting Japan, Taiwan, and China — Managing Complex Multinational Logistics
Bas Korea centralized dispersed supply chains into a unified schedule, ensuring seamless coordination across international shipments.
Receiving components from suppliers across multiple countries and delivering them to a single vessel is like assembling a massive puzzle. Coordinating shipments departing on different dates from Japan, Taiwan, and China to match a vessel’s arrival schedule can be extremely stressful for logistics managers.
In early December 2024, a client placed an order with the goal of completing delivery before the vessel’s departure in early January 2025. As the project progressed, the client sequentially requested delivery services for ship components supplied from multiple countries and required all items to be delivered to a designated vessel berthed at Pyeongtaek Port.
